Vanilla Blueberry Shake

(you can use either the Juice Plus Complete French Vanilla or the doTERRA Vanilla Trim Shake) both are delicious.

2 scoops or 1pkg of Vanilla powder

1 c. water

1 babana

1/2 c. frozen Blueberries

1 cup plain or blueberry yogurt

Blend & enjoy!

Juice Plus Vanilla Protein Muffins

Vanilla Protein Muffins: 

2 ripe bananas + 2 eggs + 2 tbsp honey + 3/4 cup oat flour + 1 tsp baking powder + 1 tsp baking soda + 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 2 scoops Vanilla Complete. 

Combine all ingredients in a mixer, or by hand.  Pour into a greased muffin tin, sprinkle with chopped walnuts if you want, and bake at 350 for 15-18 mins or until toothpick comes out clean!
